Hire verified athletes and veterans, with no placement fees.
Primr is a private network of verified former athletes and veterans in business. Approved employers post roles, review applicants with a career profile and resume, and search members who are open to opportunities.
The demo is a working employer dashboard with fictional roles and applicants. No signup needed.
A light hiring workspace, built around this network
Primr isn’t trying to replace your applicant tracking system. It gets you in front of the right people and hands candidates off cleanly.
Title, role type, level, location and pay range. Members see your company name, and each open role shows how many members it fits.
Every applicant comes with a career profile and resume. Move them through New, Reviewing, Interviewing, Offer and Hired, and keep private notes.
Filter members open to opportunities by role type, level, years, state and relocation, work type, availability and security clearance. Invite them to apply.
Teammates share your roles, applicants, notes and saved members, and everyone gets the new-applicant emails.
Send any applicant to your ATS by email, save an application as a PDF, or export a role’s applicants to CSV.
A Monday email lists applicants waiting five days or more and offers that have been open for two weeks.
How it works
Every employer is approved by the Primr team. Posting, applicants and search are free while we launch, with no placement fees.
- 12 minutes
Request access
Tell us your company, your name, your work email and what you’re hiring for.
- 2Reviewed by a person
Get approved
The Primr team reviews every request. You sign in with your work email once approved.
- 3Once
Accept the employer agreement
Use member information only for hiring, contact members only after they apply or accept an invite, post real roles and hire fairly, and tell us when you hire.
- 4Day one
Post your first role
Applicants arrive in your dashboard, and you get an email for each one.
Members stay in control
Primr works because members can be candid. They post under display names, and employers can’t see the feed. That’s why the network is worth joining, and why the people you meet here are the real thing.
What employers see
- Applicants: name, email, career profile and resume, once they apply to your role.
- Members who are looking: career details without name, contact details, employer names or resume, until they apply.
- Never: the member feed, private messages, or anyone who hasn’t opted in.
Meet the people you’ve been trying to reach.
Free while we launch. No placement fees.
